This one shows three members of the Cook family....my father's cousin's, Lynn, William and George Cook. Lynn lives in Thornley and was a bricklayer by trade, William lives in Bowburn and was a butcher (at one time worked with George at the butchers in Wheatley Hill) and George was a fitter at Thornley Colliery but went on to work for Dosco a coal cutting machine company. George now lives in Cassop. The photograph was taken at Lynn's house in Thornley.
