I received the following photographs from Una Hill and show her Sanderson family who used to live at 15th Street in Wheatley Hill

The first one shows Tom and Elizabeth(nee Evans) Sanderson, their children were Emma, Sarah, Robert Evans (Una's father), Mary who was known as Molly and Richard. Tom, Robert (known as Bob) and Richard (know as Dick) all worked at the local mine.

This one shows Elizabeth Sanderson (nee Smith), wife of Bob Sanderson, Emma Sanderson, Betty and Vanda Sanderson.Betty went to school in Thornley and Wheatley Hill and her best friend was named Rowena who lived in Thornley.

This one shows Elizabeth Sanderson with Emma (the young one), Molly and old Sarah Holvey.

Dick, Emma, Molly and Bob Sanderson, not sure what the occasion is.
