I received these pictures of The Royalty (formerly The Palace) from John Ainscough. I'm not sure of the date when they were taken but from the film that is showing it must have been the 1930's as Stagecoach was John Wayne's first film appearance.

Further down is the clock presented to Mr. and Mrs. Porter from the staff of The Palace in 1914.

This is a colourized version of the above photograph created by Tony Bean. He used a program from the web at http://www.colorizephoto.com.

This is a photograph from Martin Bale and shows a clock that was given as a wedding present from his brother in law and his wife. The clock was found in Worcester in an antique shop. It was restored to its original condition and has the following inscription on the front. 'Presented to Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Porter as a token of respect from the staff of the "Palace" Wheatley Hill 1914'. The clock mechanism (winding mechanism rotates in opposite directions)  is encased in a cast iron frame with a laquer finish, 16" long, 6" deep and 10" high. It was made in America by the Ansonia Clock Co. of New York.
