Margaret Hedley sent this picture to me from Owen Roland. Owen said that he thinks his Great Grandfather is one of the men shown and is not sure where it was taken. It could have been taken in Wales but Owen doesn't know at this time. Any help would be most appreciated by Owen and The History Club.
