I received this photograph from Ray Errington and shows the Mothers Club in the Welfare Hall. I'm not sure what the occasion was but on the balcony behind there is a banner of the Queen. It may have been taken at the time of the Coronation in 1953. Maybe some ladies from the present Mother Club could help in identifying the members present.

Update from Anne Briggs - The lady fourth from right in the middle row is my aunt Mrs. Eleanor Burnett. She was one of my mother's elder sisters. They were called Todd.
My aunt was married to Wilf Burnett and lived for many years with their daughters Lena and Jean in Fifteenth Street.
My mother was the youngest daughter of the family and the only member of the family still alive. she lives in Easington Village.

Update from Valerie Bentley (nee Cook) :-

Middle row 3rd from left is Lottie Nicholson (nee Smith) her mother was Valerie's Grandfather's sister.

Front row 3rd from left is Ruby Smith another relative to Valerie.
